French Style Moulding Door

French style moulding cabinet door with arched panel design

French Style Moulding Door

French style moulding door is a decorative cabinet door style commonly used in custom cabinetry and interior woodwork. It usually uses slim frames, curved lines, layered mouldings or decorative profiles to enhance the depth and refined appearance of the door surface. Compared with Shaker doors, French style moulding doors have richer lines and a softer shape, making them suitable for spaces that require elegance, fine details and decorative layering. Compared with standard flat panel doors, French style moulding doors offer stronger style expression and better atmosphere building for interior spaces. The final effect depends on moulding proportion, profile depth, substrate stability, processing accuracy, sanding quality and paint finish. Because there are many lines, corners and inner details, paint build-up, inner corner sanding and edge details should be carefully controlled during production.
