Terms of Service

Please read these Terms of Service carefully before using the Horace Home website, submitting an inquiry, or engaging in business communication with us.

Last Updated: May 2026

These Terms apply to the use of this website and preliminary business communication with Horace Home. They are intended for business-to-business (B2B) visitors, project buyers, contractors, design firms, furniture brands, distributors, and other professional buyers.

By accessing this website or submitting an inquiry, you acknowledge that you have read and understood these Terms.

01

Website Use and General Information

This website is operated by Horace Home for business communication, product information, project inquiries, and B2B cooperation purposes.

The content on this website, including text, images, product descriptions, specifications, materials, finishes, project references, and service information, is provided for general reference only.

Using this website or submitting an inquiry does not create a formal contract, purchase order, manufacturing agreement, agency relationship, partnership, or binding business commitment unless confirmed in writing by authorized representatives of both parties.

You agree not to misuse this website, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, copy website content without permission, or use the website for unlawful or misleading purposes.

02

Website Content and Non-Binding Information

We aim to provide accurate and practical information about custom cabinetry, whole-home woodwork, materials, finishes, production support, and B2B cooperation. However, website content may not always reflect the final specifications, appearance, dimensions, availability, pricing, or production requirements of a specific order.

All website content is for general information and preliminary reference. Product details, materials, drawings, samples, quotations, production requirements, lead times, payment terms, and delivery-related matters must be confirmed in writing before production or business execution.

If any information on this website differs from a written quotation, proforma invoice, purchase order, manufacturing agreement, signed contract, confirmed drawings, approved samples, or other written business document, the written business document shall prevail.

03

Inquiry and Quotation Policy

You may submit project inquiries through our website contact form, email, phone, WhatsApp, or other communication channels.

To help us review your inquiry, you may provide information such as:

  • Product type or project scope
  • Drawings, dimensions, renderings, layout sketches, or reference images
  • Material and finish preferences
  • Hardware, glass, stone, stainless steel, lighting, or other related material requirements
  • Quantity or estimated order volume
  • Project location, project stage, or timeline if available
  • OEM/ODM or custom branding requirements if applicable

If some information is not available at the inquiry stage, we may still review the available details and suggest the next steps for confirmation.

Any quotation provided by Horace Home is an estimate based on the information available at the time of quotation. Pricing may change if drawings, dimensions, materials, finishes, quantity, hardware, structure, production requirements, exchange rates, or other project details change.

A quotation does not constitute a binding contract unless it is confirmed through a written business document such as a proforma invoice, purchase order, manufacturing agreement, or signed contract.

04

Order Confirmation and Formal Documents

For any custom production order, the final order details must be confirmed in writing before production begins.

Written confirmation may include, where applicable:

  • Final drawings or approved production details
  • Product dimensions and structure
  • Material and finish specifications
  • Hardware and accessory requirements
  • Color, texture, sample, or finish confirmation
  • Quantity and product scope
  • Packaging requirements
  • Payment terms
  • Production lead time
  • Delivery or shipping-related responsibilities
  • OEM/ODM, branding, or label requirements
  • Other project-specific requirements

Formal business documents, including quotations, proforma invoices, purchase orders, manufacturing agreements, confirmed drawings, approved samples, and signed contracts, shall take priority over general website content.

05

Changes After Confirmation

Custom cabinetry and project-based woodwork production depends on confirmed drawings, dimensions, materials, finishes, hardware, and other details.

If you request changes after confirmation, including changes to size, quantity, materials, finishes, hardware, drawings, structure, branding, packaging, or production requirements, the changes may affect pricing, production time, material availability, or production feasibility.

All changes must be confirmed in writing. Once production has started, some changes may not be possible, or may require additional costs, revised lead time, or separate written approval.

Horace Home is not responsible for errors, delays, additional costs, or production issues caused by inaccurate, incomplete, late, or changed information provided by the client.

06

Samples, Materials, Finishes, and Tolerances

Samples, renderings, photos, material images, finish references, and website images are provided for reference and communication purposes. The final appearance of a product may vary due to lighting, screen display, photography, material batch, natural material characteristics, production process, and finishing methods.

For custom woodwork and cabinetry projects, natural wood grain, veneer texture, stone pattern, color tone, surface texture, and finish appearance may have natural or batch-related variations. Such variations do not necessarily constitute defects.

Minor dimensional tolerances, surface variations, edge details, grain differences, color differences, or production-related variations may occur within reasonable manufacturing standards for custom products.

Where samples, mock-ups, finish approvals, or material confirmations are required, they should be reviewed and approved before production. Final production should be based on confirmed drawings, specifications, samples, and written requirements.

07

Production Lead Time and Payment Terms

Production lead times shown on this website or discussed during inquiry communication are general references only. Actual lead time depends on order quantity, material selection, product complexity, sample confirmation, production schedule, final drawings, and confirmed project details.

Final production lead time will be stated in the written quotation, proforma invoice, order confirmation, manufacturing agreement, or other formal business document.

Payment terms, deposit requirements, balance payment, currency, bank fees, refund conditions, and other financial terms will be specified in the written quotation, proforma invoice, purchase order, manufacturing agreement, or signed contract.

Unless otherwise confirmed in writing, no production obligation begins until the required order confirmation, drawings, materials, and payment conditions have been completed according to the agreed terms.

08

Quality Check, Trial Assembly, and Packing

Horace Home checks custom cabinetry and woodwork orders based on confirmed project requirements.

Quality-related review may include:

  • Material checking before production
  • Key production process monitoring
  • Size, structure, surface, finish, and hardware checking
  • Trial assembly when needed for complex or project-based woodwork
  • Final review before packing
  • Quantity, label, protection method, and packing detail confirmation

Trial assembly may be carried out when needed for complex structures, special custom parts, project-based woodwork, or other production situations where assembly review is helpful.

Packing methods and protection requirements should be confirmed according to product type, project needs, and written order requirements. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, special packaging, international logistics, customs clearance, insurance, overseas installation, or site service requirements are not included by default.

09

Client Responsibilities

The client is responsible for providing accurate, complete, and timely project information.

This may include:

  • Correct drawings and dimensions
  • Accurate site measurements or project requirements
  • Material, finish, and hardware preferences
  • Quantity and scope confirmation
  • Branding or OEM/ODM requirements
  • Delivery-related information where relevant
  • Written approval of drawings, samples, quotations, or production details

Horace Home is not responsible for issues caused by incorrect dimensions, unclear drawings, incomplete specifications, unconfirmed details, delayed approvals, or changes requested after confirmation.

  • Installation errors, improper handling, storage damage, site conditions, or modifications made after delivery by third parties
  • Use of website information without written project confirmation

Our liability for any confirmed business transaction shall be limited to the scope and terms stated in the applicable written quotation, purchase order, manufacturing agreement, signed contract, or other formal business document.
